I may be doing some work on the booking system.
I am interested in comments as to what would improve it from the user's perspective.

If you are a new user of the booking system, and you had any problams, what were they.
If you have booked several times, what problems to you have and what features would you like.

(No promises, you get what you pay for...)

Not all OSs are in the OS character generator that links to the booking, so a 'free imput' option alongside those OS already listed would be ace.

Thanks

From a lazy man's point of view, it would be cool if details were auto-saved into the fields, so that when booking, you just select yourself from a drop down box and the fields are populated automatically.

Not necessary, just convenient if it is a possibility.

Preferred name instead of Actual name on the list of attendees...

Because the name on some peoples character cards is not the name they advertise..

There is
Character name (as on lammie)
and
Character name (for website)
which should work like that...

Agreed, seeing Group affiliation is something I realised we were missing when I attended the Jackals event.

The site should know how much if anything you have to pay, whether you need to enter character details etc and make appropriate decisions based on this and other related info as to which steps in the booking process are necessary.
