Hi all.

Event Guides will be out in the next 24hrs, to confirm all details.

Headline times for Friday are players and monsters allowed on site from 5pm unless you have been 'invited' on earlier (because you are helping with set up etc), with time in expected as close to 8pm as possible.

If you are going to be on site later than 10pm, can you let us know so we can make sure car and camping space are saved for you. Either post something here, drop myself and/or Malc a pm, or email the Logistics email address.

Mandy

We do need a small number of monsters to camp due to lack of bunks so I will be sending emails today to the last few to book to let them know.

In case emails don't get through for some reason though, the people that we have not already been in contact with that should come prepared to camp are:

Deklan Howells, booked 17/3/2013
Alex McShane, booked 16/3/2013
Bethany Mayfield, booked 15/3/2013
Chris Antill, booked 12/3/2013
Simeon Bamford, booked 10/3/2013
Gary Barrent, booked 9/3/2013.

If any bunks become available we will offer them to the above monsters based on booking dates. If there is a problem with camping, let us know asap by email to logistics@wolf-faction.com and we will try to sort something out to help.

Everyone else who is on the list of booked people on the website that are booked as monster or crew should have a bunk available for them.

Also noticed there are preparatory bookings from :

ellie lanes-hope (Monster)
liam higgins (Monster)
Liina Kink (Player)

These bookings were not completed so are not included in the main data and therefore the monsters have not been allocated bunks. You are still welcome to come to the event and we will sort out any necessary details on site but you will need to camp.

Malc,
I have got friday afternoon off. :)
So am free to attend now.
Can you please add me to the "paying on gate list".
I will try and arrange to bring my tarp for general use.

Is it too late to book food?

Cheers

John

Probably ok for food, I'll let Caggles know. If there are any dietary issues for you then email them to me please.

Just a word of warning for those who have never been. Driving down the track through the woods you may well reach a point where you decide you've gone wrong. Don't give up - it's a long one!

We shall have signs of encouragement along the way!! :-)

Everyone should have had their event pack through now. If you haven't then please send an email to logistics@wolf-faction.com and we will send it by return email.

Please note that the Postcode listed on their address is a correspondence address in Barnsley so follow the directions given on our event page and in the event guide please.

Bugger, I've been so busy making monster kit I'd forgotten I need to make a collar for Teigh. Best get on that now. I already bought a lovely shiny bell for it. Maybe I can just put it on a pink ribbon :P

Food wise.. i am not fussy.. not special requirements.

And yes, me too.. quite keen. However I now have to dig out of storage my kit, my tent and tarp.
And try and learn the new rules system.
What fun.. so keen.. and now hoping my kit is still in one piece and I can find enough costume! lol.

Thanks.. though just checked the distances.. and it will almost certainly be after 5pm by the time I get to site from this neck of the woods with friday traffic and the trailer in tow. But hopefully not long after that.

I will need a second pair of hands to help put the tarp up and i seriously hope the wind will have died down a bit too. :)

There will be hands aplenty hopefully, as other IC tents should be up at that point.

First sanctioned event ever :D
