I was just wondering when bookings would be open for this? I realise it's still six months away, but the Incantors have an event the same weekend, they've opened the bookings for it, so it may be wise to do the same for the Wolves event to get monsters and so on signed up to try and avoid this event being cancelled due to lack of players/ monsters.

Vic (trying to be helpful, not interfering :) )

Hmm, 5 days after my birthday, and in Cheshire. There may be a distinct possibility. It all depends on monies closer to the time.

Ahh, I thought that one was in Cheshire, or am I thinking of Kibblestone or whichever it is? I know there's one we use in Cheshire.

In that case, count me out. :'(

Ok. Right I can't book the wolf event as I can't guarantee i won't have work. I'm not aloud to take any holiday in November and December. Anyway I can pay on gate? Or should I just monster if I can. I don't really want to lose out on my money if I can't make it.

If you cant guarantee it, i would suggest monstering, as you dont wanna lose out, or miss out, as it should be a great event

Paying on the gate is normally a no, as it says on the page, "no gate bookings"

Plus the caterers normally need advance notice of who will be wanting food so they bring correct amounts

p.s. not an official answer, just speaking from past experience :) hope you can make it

Whilst its not preferred, paying on the gate is acceptable as long as we have all the booking details before the bookings close. Please note it is more expensive than paying in advance though as it can end up being a pain for us (me) in the paperwork department. It is not mentioned on the online page but is on the downloadable flyer.

Conversely, booking on the gate (turning up without us already being aware you are coming and having your details in the database) is not allowed.

You will when it's been accepted, which I think needs to be done manually. So, I'm sure you'll receive an email soon.

Don't worry, I haven't either and I'm running monster room! :-)
Malc (Havaar) has to do it and he's still in the field, though due back today I think.

Confirmation of booking is indeed manual, however
you should have got an email immediately to say your booking was submitted.

I'm back from the field and plan to go through the bookings later today but have a few other things to do that take precedence at the moment as I haven't been at home for almost 2 weeks. I can confirm I have had my email notification of your booking via my Blackberry Troy so I know you're on there with about 10 others to check through.
