hi just wondering wot time can we get onsite

We expect players to arrive on site from 5pm. If you're a little early we're not going to turn you away, but you may have to just sit in your car a while if we're not ready as there is someone using the site through the day before us.

I’ve just been looking at the weather forecast for this weekend in Manchester and the Met office says that Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon should be cloudy but generally dry…

However… heavy rain is predicted on Friday night and Sunday Afternoon/Evening either side of these nice spells. Make sure you’ve got spare changes of clothes even if you have waterproof kit as it could be quite cold if the wind begins to gust.

Currently temperature predictions are all above freezing at night (just) but make sure you also have enough bedding and keep an eye open for anyone out there who is suffering from being too cold.

Please also remember to drink lots of water, it might be cold and maybe even wet but less dehydration from running around all weekend makes for a happy event.

James

cheers James, also I don't know if this will affect anybodies travel plans but junc 5 of the M60 (towards Manchester Airport) will be closed all weeked, from Friday night to Monday morning. No idea if anyone has to use it, just thought I would let people know just incase.

P.S. I'm bringing cake, any requests?

Also if anyone wants to bring a hot water bottle again, I'm sure we can arrange to have it filled for you.

All weatherforcasts i look at tell a slightly different story now, but the moral of the story is... it is probably going to rain at some point.

Hopefully no fog at 6am tomorrow where i am or that may create some problems...

That was really good - really enjoed myself montering for you all again, andthanks to all of you - crew, monsters & players alike - and of course not forgetting the caterers!

I've managed to leave my first aid kit on the site (althoug hI'm sure someone's picked it up) - it's like the faction one but a little smaller and has a first-aiders.co.uk sticker on it.

Could someone keep it safe for me and bring it to Spring Moot please (unless anyone will be at Maelstrom event 1 as well)

Cheers!

Tom.

What he said.

Only without the leaving my first aid kit behind.

Seriously, though, monstering for the Wolves proved to be, once again, an absolute pleasure. Thank you all so, so much - even you ladies and your 'hen night in the caves'.

Thank you very much for a great event. It was my first non-faction event as a player and I have to say the wolves are a brilliant lot! I have to say though that my favorite part had to be the 'Norcan hen party'. Will hopeully see more of the wolves at the main events and once again a huge thanks to eveyone running and playing the event.
