I think perhaps we need to re-iterate the ways in which people can contact the faction, more so because we do get a lot of questions and requests and help us deal with them effectively and not lose those requests please adhere to the following:

email is a *good* method of communication and the following email groups are available:

Faction Command:
faccom@wolf-faction.com - this goes to all faction command

Wolf Plot
wolfplot@yahoogroups.com
Head of Plot
NPC4@wolf-faction.com

Event related requests and queries
events@wolf-faction.com

IC, High Command
highcommand@wolf-faction.com
(this group distributes to high ranking players and faction command)

Contact details other than this please refer to the main faction web site at www.wolf-faction.com - this includes phone and mail address. it also includes details of personal emails.

Most of the emails above go to multiple people - you are more likely to get a quicker response if you use these email addresses than contacting people directly.

I do recommend people use these email addresses for contact, as I for one work away from home during the week, and sometimes not able to access email - so to ensure a quick response please use them :)

Also on a personal note - please can people refrain from using text messages as a form of contact for faction related questions et.al. I will not respond to them.

While no one has (to me) yet, I'll remind people NOT to use the Forum's Private Message service to contact 'us' about 'plot'.

As Ross says, we have the email addresses we do to allow us to manage and collate message from our various places and to various people.
Use those.

Just to let you all know that I'm having real problems sending mail from my 'kara' address. I can still receive them but until I get it fixed (ie the husband to sort it out!) I'll be replying to mails via jvfoster1@hotmail.com or via the forum. Alternatively - send me mails via either of those alternatives.

Jan

Right. As from lunchtime today (wednesday 25th Aug) I shall be on my way to Locko park and won't be accessing my e-mails or the forum. If you desperately need to contact me 'phone my mobile - 07961545903 otherwise I shall see you all at the weekend!

Have safe journeys. :D

A plea for people to be patient.

I started teacher training on Thursday and my head is spinning at the moment. So if you try contacting me and there's a longer delay than usual in my replying please bear with me as I will get back to you.

:confuse:

Jan

Ditto me, except I'm just plain busy for all of Spetember.
Not all responses may conform to Jan's training program, as I try to do wolf email/plot with one hand and program with the other.

Can we just bring this to peoples attention again please. The email addresses above are the ones to be used and not any others that some people may have passed around. Whilst I may appreciate the minor diversions in work my boss doesn't, plus sending things to my work address will probably mean it gets ignored for a few weeks at least as I am very rarely at my desk for more than an hour a day.

The same goes for PMs unless they are in response to something that has been sent to you. I am not the most organised person in the world so try and keep all things faction based in the same place, by sending me a PM it is not in the same place and may not get dealt with for some time until the next PM arrives and reminds me of the last 10 I got.

Just to remind people.

Please don't use PM for any official messages to the Faction or its agents (like for event booking issues) as they are a limited resource and may be lost.

Use EMAIL for everything official.

Just to let people know I'm in Tasmania (well will be after an inordinately long flight with a six month old child.......... ) from tommorrow until the 8th December. So if you e-mail me and don't get a reply- I'm not ignoring you, honest! :)

If you need to speak to fac.com please contact Karl, Dazza or Rich.

Byeeee! :D
