Hi all,

A few weeks ago I put up a request for anyone who has free time during the week before the moot to see if they were able to come to the event early to do setup.

I haven’t had much of a response to this request so I am posting one more message before I try outside the faction for volunteers as we need to contribute to this.

(If we don’t we could all get there and find there are no big tents put up, no bar and no set till there are enough people to do them.)

Saturday before the event (31/07/10) is a key day as on that Saturday the big tents are unpacked and put up. This is hard work but lots of fun.

Could anyone who is able to attend setup please send me a PM ASAP telling me when you would be able to make it as well as any dietary requirements.

Thank you in advance to anyone able to give their free time

James

I'd love to, but no spare holiday I'm afraid.

Likewise, I've just started doing agency work, and while it would be really easy to get the week off and come up, if I want a chance at the 'nice' contracts, which don't involve minimum wage, I've got to show willing at the start....

Ho hum, back to cleaning the toilets.... :D

Too much work, not enough staff, plus I have the Jane Tomlinson 10K on Sunday.

Sorry,
Daz
