Well, my first HBF event. And great fun!
Had a fab time. Some cracking roleplaying.
Top job guys. Made myself and steve feel most welcome as our first time at Vamp in many many years.
Will get my feeback form in shortly.

Looking forward to the next one. :D

Yep, thanks again guys, had a stirling time.

I'd almost forgot what the plot stick felt like...
I was certainly walking funny in the morning...
...but not sure if that was the chain?!

Ok, you got me there, I saw the major plot twist/reveal coming, but didn't guess what it was going to be. :)

Major kudos to all involved in Saturday's game, both crew & players, for a quality game with some excellent role-play.

thanks all! :)

As always, excellent fun was had. Plots well written and defined, and for once spent very little time lying on the floor, quietly bleeding! We both had great fun.

i had a blast, even if i did spend 70% of the event in obfuscate, at least i got to spend the other 30% in pant wetting terror. Never, ever think you can dodge the plot stick, even for a second, Chalkie, Karl and George are like the boogie man, and even a fuzzy blue blanket over your head cant save you. What else can i say, me charlie and anne travel 3 hours each way for a 4 and a half hour game, it rocks THAT hard.

AVE IT!!!

Plot.. there was plot.. where ????
Yep, the trip down and across from north wales is about 3 hours for me too. Luckily I can stop and colllect Steve in Crewe, for a coffee break.

The big thing I enjoyed, was the fact I have not played any form of live vamp in many many many many years and I was a little apprehencive over my lack of rules knowledge, but the fact I didn't have to dig my char sheet out of my pouch once and the ever presence of an un-obtrusive ref to hand, made the night fly. I was enjoying so much, that I was a bit surprised when Karl gave the 15min to Time-Out warning..lol. For me, was one of the best larp events have been too in many years.
Has happily reminded me of all the fun I have missed and how fun a tavern night can be.
So, I am now desperately hoping to make the next one..
(Any yes, chalkie is a git! -- bottles.. mutter mutter.. bottles.. grrrr! ) :D

Cheers Folks.

We're glad you had fun, even if someone did spend half the evening hiding in a corner!!

The next event is planned for end of sept/start of oct and we'll publish flyers as soon as we can.

Also we're rewriting the rules to make them better match the style of game we're running, if you've got any suggestions then please let us now!

Cheers.

Boogieman Brabbin.
