Yes and no.
I know a fair amount about the current state.
But of course I'm not allowed to tell you.
Other than that it is "in progress" but actually "in progress and doing quite well" rather than "erm in progress, honest guv, be ready next Tuesday unless we are still waiting for that part..."

I don't think it unreasonable to say that one might expect "the general game" to be the same;
"I can get hit X times before I fall over and then fixed and if I get hit by something that sounds bad then I need a good healer not some bandages and a pat on the head"

I might imagine it would be richer yet less complicated.

There, that's all I never said.

There has been a post on the LT forums stating that the new rule book would be out with the next edition of Rune in the new year, or at least that was the date it was aimed for....

Alot of people keep saying fear spells are less effective, but isn't it just that they're worded in such a way as not to encourage barging into people?

It says stay away 3 metres, but also mentions to get that distance away and as far away as possble, characters will use weapons and magic etc to achieve this effect...i.e smack your mateif he doesn't get out of your way?

Also, I can't see anything about the different types of arcane magic being osp based...I assume it is, rather than a starting arcane inclination...anyone shed any light?

fear is more "useful" if aimed at someone in a group.
Anyone trying to "help their mate" by grabbing them clearly needs a bashing to get free

Page 49, under Magic Skills, says you need an OS to buy other than standard lists.

The new power skill (i.e. bonus spell cards), does it have to be choosen for a particular spell list or does the extra cards effect all spell lists known by the character?

There is only one "pool" of power that is used to fuel all 3 types of casting.

I feel I must say that in *general* they've done a reasonably good job. Of course, subject to breaking the whole thing with stupid lammies, OSP skills and lore sheets...which was the main cause of pain with V2!

Wounds seem to be quite brutal...am I reading correctly that if I get my arm crushed outside of RoP, I've got ten minutes to live?

Have I got this right. If I become unconscious and get back up I have to walk round until dawn not being able to fight or cast spells :?:

If outside RoP, on zero, u get up after ten mins (?) and you're debilitated till dawn unless brought up to zero

In RoP, ur debilitated for ten minutes, at which point u get ur hit point back

Looking at Recovery it says "They can not use any abilty that requires Concentration , cast any spells, or wield a weapon effectively (including parrying)". But how long does this last :?: .

"wot Spirius sed."

Basically, you're still on zero to the locations but are not unconcious.
You can stumble about croaking pitifully for a healer.

One of the main reasons (I believe) is so that when the world has run out of healing on a Saturday night, the wounded characters can be "physicianed up" and stagger about Debilitated so they can roleplay rather than the players having to lay around doing being unconcious.
