We're going to be setting up a tent specifically for children. Anybody fancy helping us kit it out for them? We have bean bags and chairs and possibly a banner so far.
We are also thinking of running some activities for the under 8s. Plans still being sorted. Thoughts?

Great idea. I can bring some stuff for the tent and am happy to do the races again with them.

This is a great plan, thank you. Little Olaf [Ben] really loved playing with all the Wolf cubs before, and he thought the King was fabulous for playing all those games. He keeps mentioning it.

I have been thinking about this. I'll bring along some stuff like balls, bubbles, rope etc that I'll bring along.

Thank you

I've already been requested to to do some singing... If anyone has some small drums or tamborenes we can have... I'm going to see how loud I can get these kids to be.

Glad everyone enjoyed it, I'm amused that the pics with the kids have you in the middle James, does that make you an under 8? Teehee

I think we will do something similar again next year, after kids plot, with more of a plan hopefully.

Thanks to the Bees. Ben really enjoyed playing with everyone. If wanted I'm quite happy to help out next year if you do it again.

I love the photo with the slightly larger child at the back - guiding all his future warriors!

If you have a children's tent next time and you want balloons, I have a bunch of random bags of modelling balloons and balloon pumps from when I used to be a children's entertainer that I am always trying to get rid of. Seriously, I only get up to trouble when I'm allowed modelling balloons :P :P

(I can make bumble bee balloons too but don't tell anyone >.>)

If you would be willing to do some balloon modelling / bees that would be fantastic, we will have the kids tent at the gef.
