I'm debating upgrading to a bow from my crossbow.

Just thought I would ask if anyone had an old bow and or arrows that they wanted rid of? Failing that, there don't seem to be too many places selling these at the moment, so any recommendations appreciated too :)

Thanks in advance :D

Awesome, cheers Craig.

Any idea what you're after for it?

Not entirely sure if I'll make the moot, but will definitely be at the G :)

Buying a bow - any 30lb bow will do - I'd advise find a bowyer locally (there are a few around) and go see what they have, mine was hand made at a place in Byefleet and you can find archery suppliers all over the shop.

Quicks is a good supplier of training bows, which will work at a pinch.

Regarding arrows, the only online store I can find is the Vikng store - http://www.thevikingstore.co.uk/larp-arrows-44-c.asp but be warned, the head's are heavy and the fletchings are a bit poo...

There is a facebook group LRP kit, you might have some luck there.

All the best

MP
